Delivery Policy

CoffeeBean AI sells a digital service: online access to courses, lessons and AI learning tools. Nothing is shipped to you, and there are no delivery charges.

How you receive your plan

• Your plan starts straight after PayU confirms your payment. This usually takes a few seconds.
• You use it by logging in to coffeebeanai.com with the account you paid from. You can use it on any device with a web browser.
• You can see your plan end date on the Pricing page.

If access does not start

• Refresh the page or log out and in again.
• If your plan has still not started 30 minutes after a successful payment, write to hello@coffeebeanai.com with your order number. We will start it or refund you, as our Refund Policy explains.
