- For a payment, give the order number, date and amount. You can find the order number on the Pricing page under "Your payments".
- For an error, copy the exact error message and say what you clicked before it happened.
- Use the email address of your CoffeeBean AI account, so we can find your progress.
- Never send your password or card details. We will never ask for them.
